Important information for your stay at Aurelia Grand.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date for most rates. Non-refundable rates and promotional offers may have different cancellation terms as specified at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. All cancellation policies are fictional demonstration content.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available upon request and subject to availability. A supplement may apply for guaranteed early check-in or late checkout.
Pet Policy
Well-behaved pets under 10kg are welcome in selected room categories with prior arrangement. A pet supplement of ₹2,000 per night applies. Pets must remain on a leash in public areas. Service animals are welcome without restriction.
Child Policy
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 6 years stay free in existing bedding. Extra beds and cots are available upon request. Children's menus and activities are available at select restaurants and during weekends.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers and UPI. A valid credit card is required at check-in. Full payment is collected at checkout unless a non-refundable rate has been booked and charged in advance.
